1. Terms of Service

Please read the Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before you proceed to download, install, use all or any part of the “FREE Drum Filter” application (the “App”). You accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement when performing the above actions. If you do not agree with any of our terms of use (this and updated versions), please do not download, install, use the Application or remove the Application from your device and your mobile device.

2.  About the Application

The Application helps monitor, control and notify the status of the FREE Drum Filter (RDF) device from the user's mobile device including:  

​

·    Connection status

·    RDF operation Status

·    Water level status

·    Washing operation status

·    Number of washing cycles 

·    Manual washing control

·    Statistics of number of sprays in a day

·    Logs

3.  Account

​

When you purchase the FREE Drum Filter IoT box product, our staff will send you an account activation email. After activation is complete, you will use the email and password information you created to access the application.

4.  Right of Access and Information Collection

​

By using the Application, you acknowledge that we have the right to use the following system APIs to access data on your phone: (1) Obtain your current location with consent, (2) Connect to the Internet from your device. (3) Connect to FREE Drum Filter's IoT box to configure, (4) Send notifications. All of these accesses are made by us with your consent, so you represent and acknowledge that, once you have granted us permission, you will not have any claim against FREE Drum Filter for these activities.

5.  Commitment to Information Security

FREE Drum Filter uses secure https and encryption methods to transmit information. We are committed to keeping confidential all information that you provide or that is collected by FREE Drum Filter. We will not disclose it to any third parties unless requested by a State Authority.

6.  Fees and Charges

​

FREE Drum Filter is committed to not collecting any fees from users for the basic services we are currently providing.
